Why can I not simply find these deals myself?

The constraint is that premium award space is released unpredictably and taken quickly, and finding it reliably means monitoring continuously rather than searching when a trip comes to mind. Most clients conclude the hours are worth more than the fee.

What if you cannot find anything?

Then you owe nothing, and we will tell you plainly that the redemption is not there. Sometimes the correct advice is to buy the ticket with cash and keep the points for a stronger opportunity.

How far in advance should I engage you?

For premium cabins in peak season, four to eleven months is the productive window, since most carriers release award inventory around eleven months before departure. Shorter notice is workable, particularly if you are flexible, because airlines also release unsold premium seats close to departure.

Do I have to give you my account passwords?

No. We work from balance information you provide and from access arrangements you are comfortable with. Where a booking requires action inside your account, we can prepare everything and walk you through execution.

What about the cash surcharges?

Many carriers impose fuel and carrier surcharges on award tickets, and on some transatlantic routes these run into the hundreds of dollars per passenger. We factor them into every option we present, and we will often route you through a program that imposes lower surcharges even when the mileage cost is slightly higher.

Can you book for my whole family?

Often, though party size is the single biggest constraint on premium awards. Two premium seats on a given date is materially harder than one, and four is a different exercise. Tell us the passenger count at the outset so we can plan the search properly rather than discovering the problem late.

What happens if my flight is changed or cancelled?

We monitor your itinerary through departure and will advise on rebooking. Award tickets carry their own change and cancellation rules, which differ by program, and we will explain those rules before you commit.

Is it ever better to just pay cash?

Frequently. Economy fares on competitive routes, short domestic segments, and heavily discounted sale fares are usually poor uses of points. We will say so. Our value is in knowing which redemptions are worth making, which necessarily includes knowing which are not.
