Privacy notice.

The Mileage Accountant treats client information as confidential. This notice describes, in general terms, the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. A full privacy policy will be posted in advance of any material change to these practices.

What we collect

When you request a portfolio review, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), loyalty program balances, and trip details you choose to share. We do not request account passwords, and we do not require them to perform our work.

How we use it

We use the information you share solely to advise on award redemptions, present options, execute agreed-upon bookings, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell or rent client information, and we do not share it with marketers.

Third parties

We may share limited information with airlines, hotels, and our affiliated agency partner as necessary to complete a booking you have authorized. Loyalty programs and travel providers operate under their own privacy practices, which apply once information reaches them.

Retention

We retain client information for as long as we have an active engagement, and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill record-keeping and legal obligations. You may request deletion of information we hold about you at any time.
