How it works
How an engagement runs.
A five-step process, executed carefully. Nothing is booked without your instruction, and no points move until the option is confirmed bookable.
05 — Our process
How an engagement runs.
- 01
Portfolio review
We catalogue every balance you hold across card issuers, airlines, and hotel programs, along with expiration exposure and any transfer bonuses currently running.
- 02
Trip definition
We establish where you want to go, when, in what cabin, and critically how much flexibility exists in the dates. Flexibility is the single largest determinant of what we can find.
- 03
The search
We run availability across every viable program and routing, including partner carriers and connecting itineraries that do not surface in a standard search.
- 04
Presentation of options
You receive realistic options with the mileage cost, cash surcharges, cabin, routing, and aircraft for each. You choose. We do not book without your instruction.
- 05
Transfer and ticket
Once you select an option, we direct the transfer and complete the booking while the space is live.
The client chooses. Nothing is booked without instruction, and no points move until the selected option is confirmed bookable.
What we need from you
The quality of what we find is a direct function of what you tell us at the start.
- A complete picture of your balances, including programs you consider dormant
- Your genuine date range rather than a single fixed departure, where any flexibility exists
- Cabin preference, and whether you would accept a connection to secure a materially better redemption
- Passenger count — the constraint that most often limits premium awards
- Authorization to act, handled as described in Account Handling
Where party size makes a single itinerary impractical, we will say so directly and propose alternatives — splitting the party across cabins, shifting to adjacent dates, or a positioning flight that opens better inventory.
10 — Account handling
Your points remain yours.
This section matters more than it appears to, and most services in this category do not address it at all. We structure our engagements to keep you compliant with the programs you hold.
Bookings are made in your name, in your account
Awards are ticketed in your own loyalty account for you and the travelers you designate. We do not pool client balances, and we do not book your award into an account you do not control.
You authorize each transfer explicitly
No points move without your specific instruction on that specific booking. We present the option, the cost, and the risk, and you decide.
We tell you when a program's terms are restrictive
Where a carrier's rules limit third-party assistance, we say so before you engage rather than after. In some cases the right answer is for us to prepare the booking and for you to execute it yourself.
Passwords are not a default requirement
We work from balance information you provide and from access arrangements you are comfortable with. Where a booking requires action inside your account, we can prepare everything and walk you through execution.
Loyalty program terms change without notice. You remain responsible for compliance with the terms of any program in which you hold an account. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

14 — Getting started
The first conversation
costs nothing.
Tell us what you hold and where you would like to go. We will tell you honestly what is achievable, what it could cost in miles and cash, and whether it is worth doing now.
If your points are better held for another six months, that is the advice you will receive.
